Privacy Policy

PropSync (“we”, “us”) is a hosted CRM platform for real-estate businesses, operated by The Rise Consultancy (proprietor: Shakti Narayan Tiwari). Each customer workspace has an isolated database. This policy covers marketing visitors, platform administrators, workspace users, leads and WhatsApp contacts.

1. Who this covers

This policy applies to CRM users (employees and partners), property enquiries / leads, and people who message our WhatsApp Business number.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, username, email, phone, role and activity inside the CRM.
• Facebook Login: Facebook user ID, name, email (if granted), and WhatsApp Business Account / phone number IDs needed to connect messaging. We do not post on your personal Facebook timeline.
• WhatsApp: mobile numbers, template and session messages, delivery status, and related Meta message IDs.
• Lead Ads: answers submitted on Facebook/Instagram lead forms (typically name, phone, email, project interest).
• Other lead sources: Housing.com, 99acres and manual/CSV imports, as configured by our team.
• Technical data: login time, IP address, browser type and security logs.

3. How we use information

• To run sales operations: leads, follow-ups, site visits and reporting.
• To send WhatsApp messages that you or our team initiate (welcome, drip campaigns, follow-ups) via Meta Graph API.
• To connect and keep connected our official WhatsApp Business number through Facebook Login.
• To secure the CRM and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Facebook Login data to advertise to your Facebook friends.

4. Sharing

We share data only with:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook / WhatsApp / Instagram) to log in, send or receive WhatsApp messages, and receive lead form submissions.
• Hosting and IT providers that store or transmit the CRM (currently Hostinger infrastructure in India/EU as configured).
• Authorities if required by law.

5. Facebook / Meta permissions

The PropSync Meta app requests only permissions needed to connect WhatsApp Cloud API and Lead Ads (for example WhatsApp business management and messaging, and lead retrieval). You can remove the app from your Facebook settings at any time. Removing the app stops new Facebook Login access; CRM records already saved may remain until deleted as described in our Data Deletion page.

6. Retention

Lead and WhatsApp records are kept while they are needed for sales, compliance or dispute handling, then deleted or anonymised. Login and security logs are kept for a limited period.

7. Your choices

CRM users can update profile details after signing in. Leads and WhatsApp contacts can request access, correction or deletion using the Data Deletion page. You may also use Meta’s own controls for Facebook and WhatsApp.
